Adding seats
Each plan includes a set number of clinician seats. Add more at +$19 per seat per month — the same rate on every plan. A seat is any licensed clinician who sees clients, including an owner who also treats.
The Expenses module
Optional practice-expense tracking. It is +$29 / mo on Core, and included at no extra cost on Pro and Organization.
More than one clinic
Organization includes two clinics with four seats each. Add seats at +$19 per seat per clinic, or another clinic for +$49 per month.

What counts as a paid seat?
A seat is any licensed clinician who sees clients — including an owner who also treats patients. Non-clinical owners, admins, billers, and support staff are always free.
Do owners and admins pay?
A purely administrative owner or admin is free. An owner who also sees clients counts as a clinician seat — you are paying for the clinical work, not the title. Billers and support staff are always free.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. Every plan is month-to-month. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee — you can leave whenever you like.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for the year up front and two months are free — the equivalent of paying for ten months instead of twelve. You can switch between monthly and annual at any renewal.
Can I keep my current EHR?
Yes. TherapyTracked is the compliance layer your EHR doesn't support — it tracks documents, licenses, and payer deadlines and runs alongside your current system, so nothing about your workflow has to change.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes. We sign a Business Associate Agreement before a single record is stored — it is a precondition of using the product, not an upgrade.
What is the Expenses module?
An optional add-on for tracking practice expenses alongside your compliance work. It is +$29 / mo on Core and included on Pro and Organization.
